I’ve spent my career helping individuals and teams do their best work by learning about themselves, growing their leadership, and working toward shared purpose. With roots as an elementary educator, I’ve always been fascinated by how people learn and what helps them thrive. My experience spans education, publishing (where I honed skills as a communicator, editor, and strategist), fundraising, and community organizing—where I learned the deep power of collective action and how to attract resources to realize a shared vision.

Today, I bring these threads together in my coaching and consulting with nonprofit leaders, and to students across New England and the country through my cohorts and workshops. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can connect with their deepest values and navigate the real-world complexities of their work with skill, structure, and resilience.
